Deptrich Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using deptrich.store (the “Site”) and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Your Account

  • You must be 16 or older to shop.
  • Provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • Keep your password secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in CAD and exclude shipping/taxes unless noted.
  • We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
  • By submitting your order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within Canada and select international locations.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times are estimated at checkout.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number.
  • Delays due to carriers or customs are beyond our control.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • non eligible. Returns & Exchanges is non refundable by www.deptrich.store all sales are final. 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Deptrich or licensed to us.
  • You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Any other use requires our written permission.

7. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any laws, infringe others’ rights, or post harmful content.
  • Interfere with Site security or functionality.
  • Use robots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract data.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEPTRICH’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR YOUR ORDER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Deptrich from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post the new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
