Deptrich Shopping Policy

Welcome to Deptrich! Please read our Shopping Policy carefully before placing an order. All purchases are final no refunds or exchanges due to third party fulfillment.

 

 

 

1. Placing Your Order

 

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to shop.
  • Order Confirmation: After checkout you’ll receive an email with your order details and number. Keep this for your records.
  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Because orders are sent directly to our fulfillment partner, we cannot modify or cancel once placed. Please review everything before you submit.

 

2. Pricing & Payment

  • Currency & Fees: All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and shipping fees are added at checkout. Unless in a different country pricing may vary.
  • Accepted Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout.
  • Authorization: By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method immediately.

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfillment Partner: Orders ship via a third-party provider.
  • Shipping Times: Estimated at checkout; once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.
  • Delays: Any delays due to carriers, customs, or weather are beyond our control.

4. Final Sale Policy

  • All Sales Final: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
  • Please Inspect: Inspect your items upon delivery. We recommend reviewing product details and sizing carefully before ordering.

 

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order, contact the carrier first. If unresolved, email us with your order number and tracking info.
  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, send photos and details within 48 hours of delivery to our email: deptrichbox@gmail.com
  •  We will work with our fulfillment partner to assess and advise on any possible resolution.


 

6. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

 

  • Domestic Orders (Canada): All duties and taxes are included at checkout.
  • International Orders: You’re responsible for any import fees, customs duties, or taxes imposed by your country.
